Customer Relations

Customer Relations is a new department at NDL. Set up in 2010, the objectives of the CR Team are to ensure that NDL customers receive the best possible return on their investment in NDL; that NDL products, services and delivery meets or exceeds their expectations; and that customers stay with us.

For new customers, the CR Team acts as a bridge between different NDL departments and the customer so that delivery runs smoothly. Most importantly, the team ensures that NDL lives up to and exceeds its promises.

For existing customers, the CR team ensures they are kept up-to-date with product developments so they can take full advantage of their contractual entitlements. The team also ensures that good practice, any new and innovative product usages, and even mobile applications or integration scripts are shared among our customers, saving them time and money, and enabling them to drive as much value as possible from their NDL investment.

The CR team is also the resource for customers to resolve any issues that they may have. Working as part of the Finance Department rather than in Sales or Service Delivery, the CR Team sits apart and is empowered - indeed driven - to resolve any customer concerns from an objective standpoint. This is based on a set of KPIs linked to customer satisfaction and longevity rather than revenue or service targets.
