Location: Central Wetherby, West Yorkshire
The Role:
The successful candidates will become an integral part of our 16 person strong sales team, selling established NDL products into the Public Sector and General Commercial organisations across the UK.
The role is to provide essential base support to the field sales team, enabling them to focus their full attention on developing and closing business opportunities. To this end, the role requires a “whatever it takes” attitude to meeting sales objectives. In this position you will potentially be involved at all stages of the sales cycle, making it an ideal learning opportunity for those people wishing to move into solution selling for the first time, or looking to take existing skills to a new level.
Main Responsibilities:
- Pre-qualification of marketing leads.
- Appointment making and diary management.
- Lead generation through pro-active tele-marketing.
Requirements:
Some internal sales experience would be useful but is not essential for the right candidate, as full and on going training will be given in this position.
- Highly motivated – Sales objectives dictating hours worked, not vice versa.
- Good telephone manner – Enthusiastic, clear and concise.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - Able to quickly establish a rapport.
- Tenacity – A desire to see an objective through to its successful conclusion.
- A good team player – Ability to liaise effectively with work colleagues.
