Scottish Borders cuts costs through integration.    As part of its business transformation programme, Scottish Borders has rationalised its network of contact centres. To support this, it has used NDL's awi integration technology to provide instant access from the front office to back-office applications. The first area to benefit is Street Scene environmental services requests, driving significant cost savings. Since implementation Scottish Borders have handled over 14,500 service requests and 1050 payments have been taken.   Click here to request a copy of this case study.

Public Sector Nomads:   Public Sector Nomads is run by the public sector for the public sector.
