awi MX Client for BlackBerry Smartphone Available

NDL has extended its support of the range of BlackBerry Smartphones to include a full offline working client. This means that users can use their devices in the field as part of their line of business work flow, receiving jobs, capturing and reporting on incidents. Best of all, because it is awi, ensuring that any data captured is automatically integrated with the back office.
The new client offers support for camera and GPS functionality so developers using the awiMX platform can take advantage or the feature rich range of devices offered by Research In Motion (RIM). Furthermore, in addition to the security layers built into the awiMX platform, users can also benefit from the outstanding security built in to the RIM offering.
Those using the awiMX development environment or already running applications on their awiMX platform will also be pleased to note that there is full awiMX model compatibility between applications developed for the Windows Mobile and the BlackBerry.
