From Bus Stops to Citizen Safety: A Corporate Approach to Mobile at Warwickshire County Council

Join Ravi Paul, Mobile Apps Developer at Warwickshire County Council (WCC), as he explores the council's extensive mobile application strategies. The session begins with a digital mission overview, followed by a detailed look at WCC's catalogue of app projects. Ravi will showcase the council's eight-year journey, starting with app-led improvements in public transportation,  to managing a multi-million-pound property portfolio, and now enhancing citizen safety - all with the help of NDL Digitise.

Ravi will highlight the impact of four recent citizen safety apps, and also share future plans for expanding mobile services at WCC. Concluding with an idea-sharing segment about using Digitise Forms for waste management operations and Q&A, this session is a thorough exploration of how mobile technology is transforming council services.

Project Build 101 - AI & Photo Capture Process

A much-requested addition to the 2024 programme, our build sessions provide the space to dive into and construct tangible processes, all whilst supported by NDL's technical experts.  Join this 'AI & Photo Capture Process' session to to use Digitise, Connect, and Flow to create an end-to-end process that captures an image, analyses it in real-time using AI and Cognitive Services, and then processes the returned data into usable information. You’ll leave with a working end-to-end process showing how UI, APIs, AI, and workflow can make previously impossible to digitise processes possible. No previous product expertise is required to attend this session.

Project Build 101 - End-to-end Starters & Leavers Process

New to our 2024 programme, project build sessions provide the space to dive into and construct tangible processes, all whilst supported by NDL's technical experts.  Join this 'Starters & Leavers' session to use Digitise, Automate, and Flow to create an end-to-end process that captures a leaver’s information, removes them from any back-office systems and notifies when the process is complete. You’ll leave with a working end-to-end process showing how UI, RPA, Flow, and custom script can transform your existing business process, saving time and money. No previous product expertise is required to attend this session.
