NDL Community Summit 2021

Held exclusively for our customers, the NDL Community Summit 2021 consists of six free virtual sessions across three days. Kicking off on Wednesday July 21st, and running until the 23rd, this year’s Summit presents some of the latest and greatest mobile app, eForm and RPA projects in the UK public sector. With special-guest host organisations and NDL expert speakers, this innovative, informative, and digitally transformative event is not to be missed.

University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust

As the Trust continues to strive for digital transformation, UHMBT has integrated the use of both low-code mobile apps and eForms in several projects. From pre-operative assessment forms and patient meal requests, to COVID-19 vaccinations and swab testing - Marc Hardwin shares his experience with both MX and FX platforms at 1pm, July 21st.

Wigan Metropolitan Borough Council

Sam Tilley, Programme Manager at Wigan Council

During the early stages of the pandemic, Wigan Council was enlisted as one of the 10 local authorities to pilot COVID-19 testing for its residents. With the use of NDL’s low-code mobile app platform, the council tackled increasing testing demand as the crisis developed. Sam Tilley describes the solution in detail on the 21st of July, 1pm.

Circle Health

Dan Smith, Head of Operations at Circle Health

To further improve its services for patients, Circle Health identified its need for a faster, more accurate digital referrals process. Dan Smith explains how RPA was implemented within several of its essential Referral Services – such as Physiotherapy, Discharge, and Triage – to help the team efficiently manage both incoming and backlogged requests. Conwy County Borough Council

Will Valintine, Principle Technical Solutions Architect at Conwy Council

With legacy systems due to expire, Conwy Council was able to successfully migrate almost 12 million unstructured social care records to the Wales Community Care Information System. Better allowing social workers access to essential information, Will Valentine explains how RPA saved over 2,000 working days on July 22nd, 1pm.
