The Health Portal app is designed to integrate with our NDL Health Form apps in order to centralise and streamline the process of completing health forms for patients.
The Health Portal project is targeted at those who work within the health sector and often need to fill out medical forms for patients. The project consists of several stand-alone apps representing individual ‘health forms’ and one ‘portal’ or ‘hub’ application which is able to centralise all available data and allows users to search for patients within their local database and add forms for them.
