Support and Advice

Our friendly Helpdesk team is here to help whether you need advice and guidance on using our software (the majority of our calls), or something isn’t working as it should. 

We provide a full help and break-fix support service, including 1st and 2nd line Application and Software support. The team are based in our UK office, and provide support during office hours from Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm.

All of our clients are given a Named Technical Consultant.  This person is responsible for gaining a deep understanding of your environment and projects. They can help by providing and sharing best practice, ideas and solutions from across the NDL customer base.  Their support and advice supplements our Helpdesk team to ensure you make a success of your project.

Product Development

As you would expect from a software business, we have a full product development capability.  We enhance our products in line with customer requests, and indeed many of our best features come from customer feedback.

We want our customers to be able to take advantage of the full range of new features in our latest releases, so these are provided as part of licences.   But what’s important for our customers is that we strive to maintain compatibility so that you don’t need to redevelop forms or automations when we have a new release.

We can provide a full range of development services where required for individual customer enhancements or to support specific project requirements.

Training & Mentoring

When you become an NDL customer, you also become part of the NDL community.  Join 700+ other developers and users to connect, collaborate and share ideas and experiences with organisations like yours.

Through our NDL Academy, we deliver regular training courses to ensure that you get the most out your investment. 

We also run a series of regular events where we share our expertise.  We also regularly feature guest speakers from across the NDL Community, who share first-hand experiences, walking you through projects delivered at their organisation from conception to completion.
