Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust – CYPT referrals
The Trust's fully automated CYPT referrals ensure children and young people access therapies as quickly as possible, reducing errors and wait times by replacing a previously paper-based process. Revolutionising a long-standing system in just 180 days, this award recognises HCT's dedication to some of its most vulnerable patients - utilising RPA for public good. The Trust also goes the extra mile in terms of sharing this project, allowing other healthcare organisations to find the same benefits through replicability.

With over 1,000 dedicated Care and Support workers completing home visits and assessments, the team created a purpose-built app for use in the field. Allowing care workers to capture and retrieve back-office information with authorised mobile devices, the app allows workers to spend more time with tenants during visits, and less time capturing unstructured data on paper (before rekeying back at base).

A clear demonstration of Evolve's capabilities on a corporate licence scale, this project was just one of many that actively gave time back to healthcare professionals, so they can focus more on the patient-centric work that really matters.
