Medication Recordings
This app allows clinicians to record and keep track of the medication doses that patients take. The app begins with a patient list allowing the user to create a medication recording for any of the available patients. By selecting a patient the user is then presented with a series of screens that collect all of the required information about the medication that has been given to the patient. If the patient had any adverse reactions to the drug that was administered then the user will be asked to fill in an ‘Adverse Effects’ form which is done my launching the separate ‘Medication Recordings – Adverse Effects’ app from within the main app.
