VTE Assessment

The “Risk Assessment for Vascular Thrombembolism” (VTE) is a tick/cross style form to be completed when a patient is admitted to a hospital. It is likely a user would have to complete a number of these forms and it is therefore designed to be intuitive and fast to complete. The user can either batch upload all of their assessments, or with a persistent internet connection, the user can choose to upload after each assessment.
