Pain Assessment
The Pain Assessment app is designed for clinicians and nurses. This app can be used alone or within NDL’s Health Portal app and will provide the same functionality in both situations.
Users are able to create pain assessment forms for patients with an NHS Number, whether they have been assigned to them or not. If the user is searching for an assigned patient, then they will be presented with the patient’s details, but this information is not accessible to users who have not been assigned patients.
